3. Can anyone participate in the Linker Coin ICO?
   - Participants with age over 21 can participate in Linker Coin ICO, but the participants may be requested to verify the eligibility of participating in ICO depending on the nationality and age.
    - Citizen of the U.S. Singapore, China, and countries where prohibits ICO cannot participate in Linker Coin ICO.
    - Participant who rejects KYC and AML cannot participate in Linker Coin ICO, and also limited participant who cannot verify the eligibility in regards to the conditions above cannot participate in Linker Coin ICO.

8. How therefund procedure will be processed?
    - Uponthe participants inquirethrough staff@linkercoin.com,Linker Coin will send you therefund request form upon your inquiries. (Please be aware that refund will be processed in accordance
      with the announced refund schedule.)


9. What happens if the participant mistakenly sendsEthereum to the wrong address?
    - Ethereum cannot be refunded if it was sent to the wrong address. Please check the LinkerCoin ICO wallet address as well as the unique image of the wallet carefully before processing the
      transaction. Linker Coin is not responsible for the loss of Ethereumdue to participant’s mistake.


10. How can I reviewmy transaction after I participate in Linker Coin ICO?

11. What will happen if the ICO regulation intervenes during the period of ICO crowding?
    - The transferred Ethereumwill be refunded if ICO is cancelled due to the ICO regulation.

12. When will KYC/ AML process start?
