You say your first currency basket will consist of 15 currencies plus 5% gold with everything being asset-backed. Who is taking care of the assets backing Globcoin? A central authority I presume?

The assets backing Globcoin will be centralised to a certain degree. Globcoins has to work with authority of varies currencies so that by construction, this stable and asset-backed basket can corresponds to the needs of many users. It will be an ideal complement for cryptocurrencies holders looking for a stable crypto portfolio. On the other hand, our platform will be able to launch dedicated tradable baskets to meet the needs of the clients. With just a click of a button, we want our individual clients in the future to be able to buy a basket of specific fiat currency and then add it to the current multi-currency GLOBCOIN prepaid card which is already running successfully.

That is why the blockchain technology is so important to ensure the transparency in the structure of Globcoins while at the same time able to offer to the public a safe foreign exchange markets at low fees.

Do you later on work with third parties or do you want to offer your services all on your own? If yes are there already any partners on board? I really like your project, keep it up.

We are currently working with Blockchain Partner on some technical aspect of the Globcoin token  platform such as  : smart contracts and their audit, both internal and external , Token sale website. They have been on board since September . They are the best reputationed team we heard of, having large insttuions such as Central Banks and Invetsment Banks as main clients . The rest we do it internally . We will have an external provider to hold the  currencies backing our first basket (the World Currency) in Q1 2018.

Is this Project similar to existing decentralised crypto portfolio investment vehicles such as Shapeshift Prism? From what I've understood this seems to be the case.  What are the advantages, though, in order to succeed over already established competitors? Hope you manage to differentiate and find your user niche.

No it is a very different business model and  background . Our focus is to offer innovative solutions based on currency baskets . We have been doing that for many years for large clients . Now thanks to Blockchain we can offer this to everyone .Our first product , a unique multi-curency card has  been up and running since 18 months to grow the community . I am not 100 % familiar with Shapeshift but I think we have very different ambitions .

We would want the Globcoin to be distributed across to as many people as possible so that no one will have a huge stronghold in our tokens and manipulate the markets to their own individual needs. There is why we have a variety of distribution methods like airdrops, dev, investors and campaigns so that everyone can be part of the Globcoin Community.
