He didn't run it, but apparently posted the ANNs and managed the campaign. I was strongly inclined to neg. rate him at the time, but never ended up doing so. That project was most certainly an obvious scam.
It also looks to me like he is trust farming, similar to the recent complains regarding aTriz and Aventhe and some others.
