I would recommend Gladius.  While dont take my word for it the community for it has grown quickly since the announcement for them and I wish I had jumped on earlier.  I truly believe in their model to use shared bandwidth to defend against DDOS attacks.  I can see the public presale going extremely well and it starts on the 24th! Don't look at the member status on this forum much. People can be mistaken as well as just not very competent in questions of icos and altcoins. Rank is given for activity only. I am not saying that xIIImaL advice is bad, though.
Nevertheless, I think that you really should rely on yourself only in such questions. I prefer not to invest in icos at all, for they may end up badly and you'll just lose the money. I think it's better to buy the coins which are already listed on exchanges. At least this way you can always sell what you have for something and that minimizes your risks.
