I have stored my Bitcoins in Android wallet (Coinomi wallet).

If I lost my phone then how come will I be able to restore them? I know there is this 12 word phrase key that I have backed up already. Could I use this 12-word key to restore my coins in case I lost my phone or stolen?

Please advice.

Sure, the bitcoins are not stored in your mobile they are just stored in online and your data were encrypted so you can access your bitcoin from anywhere in the world. You can recover your bitcoins through another phone, just download your wallet and login with your private key to get access of your bitcoins. But the important for recovering is that your private key,if you lost that keys you can never recover it.So make backup of keys and the information about wallets in a pen drive and keep it in a safe place to avoid other people using it.

If you lose your phone, you can't lose your bitcoin unless you lose the coinomi passphrase.
So back up that passphrase to always recover your coin.

When you have bitcoins in your wallets,  no need to worry about. As quick as you can, log into other device with your credential when your phone is lost.  It should not happen though.  Try accessing from different locations and ips to avoid hacked.

.What is Cloverdex platform?.

What you use in the mobile is just an interface. It gets stored in a common server and when the mobile gets reset, the app gets deleted and this doesn't mean your coins too got deleted. You can use the security phase logging in through some other device or from the computer.

If you have the parity phrase and the 12 words phrase then you dont have anything to worry about, because you can easily recover your wallet through using both things.
But what do you mean by if you lost your phone? are you using 2fa authenticator? If someone stole your phone, or if you lose it, you can inmediately change your device to another through your google account, it is not difficult to do so, only that you are going to need some patience because it takes some time to do it.
That is why i would never like 2fa authenticator..

Please look into some informational videos on youtube about how block chain works and how to use the seed to recover your wallet. Your coins are not stored in any device if you are having the private keys of the blockchain.
Just simply install a new wallet and use the seed you stored to backup that wallet.

Thanks for the response. But what if another guy got the access to my wallet from my phone? I have set password accessing the wallet can the thief still steal those coins from it?

Backing up passphrase is just a way to restore your wallet data, it is used to access your coins similarly as like private key.
Both the private key and passphrase are sensitive, having backup of both keys is good but if you have backed up only passphrase, it is also fine.
Be sure you keep your passphrase in a safe place, loosing this data means you lost you money forever

Just to make sure, I suggest you move your coins on another wallet, but make sure you backup the private key and seed. Moving the coins is easy, so you should do it as soon as possible. If you want to create another bitcoin wallet, I suggest you use Electrum Wallet on your pc

The best is yet to come!

Do you have another phone?
If yes, then download Coinomi wallet on that phone and recover your wallet with your pass phrase that you have which is already mentioned. If you don't have another phone then download a PC wallet like Electrum and recover there. Remember your Bitcoins isn't stored in your phone you are just accessing through it.

Blah blah

You can backup one time Google authenticator codes in the Google Account backend. If you saved it you can use one of these keys to login!

That's why having multiple backups for private key is a must. Dont rely in hardwallets alone.. make handful of backups that are offline.
