Which are the best places to broadcast a crypto job?

I tried through Twitter, Reddit, etc.

Which channels, handles and subreddits are the best to get the word out?

Well, you just made me - a probably other people - curious!
This forum is very targeted, so its probably the best place where you can advertise your offer.
So, do a clear offer, and you will see that lot of people here will answer.

If you have a job offer, post here all the details, and may be you'll find someone interested.
If you are so vague, you can bet that nobody will answer.

Hi,  Twitter is not my first choice, but it probably helps. If you’re trying to reach people who care about your project, messaging hundreds of thousands of people for not much money could be a win. On the other hand, these could be exactly the people wanting to sell their tokens immediately after the sale.
