I think this will work only via simple users like me and you, because a goverment will not allow to introduce system to military forces.

there are also private companies which produce military defense weapons and sell it also to governments. They are independent and an agreement with those kind of private companies is possible.

This project seems like quite promising. It has a potential to make its way to the crypto currency world and as well as to the market industry. Really yes, I totally agree. But now most of the tokens are traded on this exchange and the exit here is very simple for the owners of the tokens on the smart contracts of the etherium. We need new exchanges.
