I dont think so. I have ever seen some amount of project accept only jr member up although for facebook and twitter campaign.
As i know most of project accept all rank but not all project.

Many ICOs do not need you have to Jr Member or above, they only need your twitter account have sufficient quantity that they ask ( often is 500 followers)

To participate in some bounty campaigns Jr member is required. Usually this is indicated in conditions of bounty.

This all depends on what terms the bounty manager chooses to follow, but from most campaigns I have seen on the forum they do allow all ranks but as a prerequisite, your twitter account needs to pass a certain audit score and your account needs to have equal or more than the minimum required number of followers.

twitter campaign is welcome for any rank even newbie or jr.member but the important thing that you will do is follow the rules example if the twitter campaign needed atleast 300 follower remember you need to follow that rules to accept your fill up form and participate in there twitter campaign.

Bounty campaigns may also put their qualifications with regard to twitter campaigns. but, so far, almost all of the bounties let even newbies join them, as long as the rules are met especially the number of followers and are active social media user.

No, because you can actually apply for twitter campaign even if you're just newbie. Different ICO with twitter campaign also differs in their rule but one thing is for sure that it is not requiring you about your rank. If your twitter account is qualified for the number of followers or the age of your account when it was created, then you can join the campaign.

Twitter campaign accepts any rank, twitter campaign don't depends on your rank what thew look at is your follower you need to have a lot of follower if you're planning to join twitter campaign, just look some twitter campaign and read their own rules and terms if you want to join, There it will really be accurate and you don't need to be asking here.

it depends on the requirements of the bounty itself. from my experience usually newbies can join it, as long as they have at least 500 followers or more,

Some of them require this while others do not. You have to do diligence in order to discover those that are okay for you.
But generally, I don't think this is compulsory.

In this case, everything depends on the campaign you're involved in. In some campaigns, you must have the rank of at least Member

not all rules must be jr member, edge there is also accept newbie level. you better have jr member so free can join in all bounty

It depends. All campaigns don't have the same rules. But I have seen these type of rules in the bitcoin section of this forum where twitter campaign participants are paid with bitcoin. Many campaign managers wont  allow even negative trust members of this forum to participate in twitter and facebook campaigns. But in some bounty campaigns, even newbies can participate in twitter and facebook campaign. It totally depends upon the decision of the campaign manager.

You should read some thread with airdrop in altcoin section. Some airdrop has higher reward base on users rank.
