No, to follow the newbie twitter campaign is already able to follow it, maybe to have jr member was just part of it.

Not really necessary.Depens on the bounty you are enrolling for.Btw getting a jr member rank is not difficult at all .You just need to be a little active on forum.

Mostly campaigns do have a minimum criteria to be a junior member before joining them. But in bounty section you can check out if their is any which is available for your rank and then accordingly. Also along with the rank some of them do have a minimum 3 months old twitter account should be their.

It is not always like that, you should read the rules of the existing rules on gifts and you usually have to have a lot of followers and audit must be above 85%. still follow the rules and play it safe

A far as i know Twitter campaign and some Social Campaign don't require member rank but instead of that they usually require the number of followers, the age of your social account. Sometimes, having some ICOs still require member rank especially is social campaign which will pay by Bitcoin.
I advise you should improve your rank in this forum and then joining to signature campaign because if you only join to Social Campaign then you will earn a little money.

Every bounty has its own general rules.  There are twitter campaign that requires a jr. member aside from the number of real followers that you have in your account.  However, most twitter campaign that I have come across only requires a specific number of real followers and newbies are allowed to join.  The age of your twitter account is also considered.

I think most of the campaign owners will ask for Newbie if though they have followers. Twitter campaign is another way of promoting the campaign so there is chances to participate because for most campaign there is no restrictions.

It depends with the rules of each bounty campaign. Some campaigns require that the participants in their social media bounties be Jr members, or even members at least. But the majority don't ask this condition but they are asking instead good audit and minimum number of Twitter followers.

it is true that being a member of Jr.member not less than one month then it can be Jr. but the important thing is post must exceed 30 during that period
