Hi! Is it normal that I am mining about 30 - 40% less LUX than calculated on WTM? I made sure all my rigs are mining fine. Also the difficulty on my miners is the same as WTM. I am mining on Altminer.

The detection is a false positive. For example in Kaspersky, every single miner software gets detected as a potential trojan. Add it to exception list.

It was actually not normal. I am now mining on Yiimp and I am mining the same thing as reported in WTM. I looked at Altminer charts vs Yiimp and it seems that Altminer is the unluckiest pool on Earth! Look at the charts and see for yourself :

I am on yiimp with 2 1080ti rigs and am getting almost exactly what I should +/- 5% probably due to difficulty adjustments and Luck of course.  

how many Gpu's? Which type?
Have you played around with your intensity setting in your config file? Do you set a manual difficulty or leave it set to auto stratum difficulty? Do you overclock? is your ping good? Get many bad shares?  

I've got all my gear maxed throwing power efficiency out the window, My thought on this is, why pinch todays pennies to lose tomorrows dollars?

How do I choose how much it's going to run at? Is there any code or something I have to add to the .bat file? In case, what?

You can set intensivity level by adding command "-i" to bat file. Set it to "-i 20" and try to increase step by step till finding "sweet spot" level.
