- Upgrade to wallet 4.0.0a is mandatory (
https://github.com/216k155/lux/releases/tag/v4.0.0) - Without this, you wont be able to send your coins to the exchange or receive coins from the pools. All our pools and exchanges now run 4.0.

- Backup your wallet.dat. keep it safe, in a few places! If you Upgrade and install without backing up your wallet.dat, you will lose your coins. Without a backup, you cant recover them.

- Delete everything else from your Lux Folder (after wallet.dat has been backed up). Then Install your 4.0.0 wallet (Lux folder is under the /Appdata /Roaming folder in windows and under Library/Application Support/ in Mac)

- Once installed, replace the new wallet.dat with the backed-up wallet.dat (the one with your coins in it).

- Restart wallet, Let it Sync.  Sync takes time (Repeat after me, Sync takes time). Finding peers take time. So once you install, sit back and relax a while

- If you have waited for a considerable amount of time (30 mins - 1hr) and nothing works , use the lux.conf file pinned to #wallet channel. Download and drop it into your Lux Folder. Wait for sync. Again- give it time!

- You are now synced and ready to go!

If you send coins to Cryptopia from a v3 wallet, they will not show up because they are on v4.
When you upgrade to v4 you will see the tx show as rejected and you will still have your coins!
Please do NOT create support tickets on Cryptopia!

The upgrade went well and synced after using the lux.conf file provided. However I tried to withdraw money from my mining address which had 0.85 LUX from many transactions and until now the balance has not appeared on the target address.

I used the default transaction fee recommendation of ~ 0.0002 LUX. It still appears as unconfirmed on wallet. What can I do?
