Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I understand that all the links to the wallet and the miner will be in a discord, then maybe they'll post it here. we wait...
who knows, they get mad at every little question, seems they are trying to shut anyone out who raises valid concerns. At this point, since I dont get updates and can not, I am just thinking of dumping. |

@everyone - quick status update. As you may be aware , the 300k block introduction of V5 was successful but we have the case of a stuck chain post introduction of the features.
Our initial snapshot at 299500 was successful but the following isolated HF didn't go according to plan due to some unforeseen errors. Due to this, we opted for a HF at 300k directly- which went fine and and the phi2 algo, new rewards were visible and introduced - but we observed some issue and the chain was halted at block height 300047 with no pow block mined .
Given this , we will now prepare for reverting to 299500 (safety snapshot ) and perform the HF again.
Apologies for the delay - we all would have loved to get a shiny piece of mercury by now - we are working to get it to you asap.
Special Thanks to the dev team, pool ops, our mod team for supporting this major upgrade for the past 24 hrs straight!
