May I know what pool do you consider the best for luxcoin, in terms of consistent and accurate payments(comparing vs fee on pool)?? also the best miner is the one the developer links? there is nothing better?

You cant send from 4.3 wallet, its related to old/dead chain. Follow guide below, Reset/upgrade QT wallet paragraph, and you'll be good

Network stabilization currently occur after Smart Contracts activation at block 350k, diff fluctuations is normal thing in this conditions. Will take some time till things normalize.
