Nothing to worry, fresh release, not many peers on 5.2.2 yet. As long as your wallet syncing well with network you are good.
Wait, 5.2.2 is already out? I just updated to 5.2.1 lol Yes, 5.2.2 was released 2 days ago: https://github.com/LUX-Core/lux/releases/tag/v5.2.2
It's hard to keep up with the developments on this coin. Everything is happening so quick Seems like you're not the only one though, about 74% of the network has not upgraded yet. Source: i have 5.2.1 now is ok ?

Guys I want to offer an excellent idea for developers I do not have time to update my wallets, they come out so often. Why not make a purse, which itself will be automatically updated? This wallet itself would download updates and run the installation. And everyone would be happy

Phi2 is what they did about it. Phi1612 != Phi2.

As @Dead Things mentioned, there was shift 1,5 months ago from phi1612 to phi2 algo to protect Luxcoin mining from FPGA asics.

Yeah, new algo saved us from FPGA for now. We still need price recovering to march-may levels. This crypt summer was way too cold!

Yep. Guess sooner or later ASICs/FPGAs will prevail in the end, but for now we are good and hope status quo will keep standing.

Yes I guess it is just a question of time before fpga becomes to gpu what gpu became for cpu. But thankfully the devs are still working on keeping gpu and spread the hash. With more miners going for fpga the need for gpu mining would disappear though.

As @Dead Things mentioned, there was shift 1,5 months ago from phi1612 to phi2 algo to protect Luxcoin mining from FPGA asics. ASIC/FPGA miners are really aggressive in targeting profitable coins like Luxcoin. I appreciate Lux developers being active and trying to make mining accessible to everyone as long as possible.
