First of all reset your wallet by this guide https://docs.luxcore.io/docs/user-guide-windows#section--how-to-update-reset-your-wallet-
Double check that you using latest wallet (https://github.com/LUX-Core/lux/releases) and the wallet is unlocked for staking.
Also check your internet connection, firewall might be blocks your Qt wallet.
And wouldn't be excess to optimize the staking https://docs.luxcore.io/docs/how-to-optimize-for-staking-using-the-qt-wallet
Let us know in our discord if this issue will stay after steps above.

Regarding LG and RX2, team still squeezing some bugs now to run another round of tests after it.
Hopefully this week, as mentioned in the post you provided, team will give some details of current dev status and whats coming next.
Team works around the clock to finish such high-priority things like Luxgate-beta and RX2 algo, I can only advise to be patient and keep an eye on our social-media channels for further announcements.

I did all these things. I've reset the wallet a month ago and added the coins for staking and optimized for stacking. Checked my firewall and lux-qt is added in the exceptions. The discord invite on the first page and in your signature are invalid and I cannot join.

We are excited to release a beta update today. Luxgate Beta v.1.2.0 is currently available to beta testers. This update has been long in the making as we tracked down several issues that we've been working on. This latest update brings us closer to a public version, which we know everyone is waiting for. We will continue testing and improving Luxgate in a closed beta group but will be opening it up for more users as soon as that's feasible. Depending on how the early testing goes, we may be able to bring this version to a public beta. Stay tuned for more updates. Thank you for your patience and support as we continue our progress!

Regarding that mining farm address you mentioned, including on this team has decided to switch while ago from current algo to new one which based on Monero's RX algo and ASICs resistant as well.
We understand your concernes and doing best we can to switch to new algo as soon as possible. You need to keep in mind that creation of new mining algorithm is not trivial task, even its based on existing one.
Again team is doing its best to perform the network switching to new algo as well as launch next stage of Luxgate beta testing. In current conditions, lack of free coder hands(Luxgate and RX2 work runs parallelly) and lack of funds, it taking some time to be done.
All I can suggest, if you still believe in LUX, is be patient. Work cant be done in rush, it will be done in time and properly. Thanks for understanding in advance.

Why not change with a temporary functional algo which would allow a much better distribution of hash power and give you time to design a new algo.
Why are you still working on LUXGate?
The urgency would be for you to focus only on this algorithm problem, especially if you're short of resources.
This would be the fastest way to rebuild the value of the coin and give you back some liquidity... even with an existing algo
You knowingly give away the network since months. It's strange.

All I can answer all your why's is because team has decided to.
If you want to get an answers to your questions better ask it to team directly. Best way do it is via discord channel.

I don't care about your Discord, I understand it's just a trick not to answer here and eliminate awkward questions in public.
You don't want to answer questions no matter how i contact you or who i contact in your team.

All I can see that you keeps attacking Lux since your banning from discord for "asking but not listen", you dont agree with decisions that Luxcore made or making, basically you dont happy with anything related with Lux, so I'm not quite understand why you still here to be honest. If you dont like so much Lux and dont believe it anymore I only suggest to get out from Lux and find the project you'll be comfortable with. Cheers
