Yes Bitcoin might go upto this level but there are a lot of hindrances in its path. Among all the obstructions the government intervention are the biggest speed breakers on the road to bitcoin society. Which govt. in this world wants to give up control? Definitely apart from this it has full potential to reach this milestone.

No doubts Bitcoin will hit $100.000, but when? I think it will still take much time to happen, at least if we want a solid increasement on Bitcoin's price that will last for a good time and will make possible more people invest on it without fear of high volatility. About AltCoin I agree that 20 of them or so will stay stable and useful, while probably all the rest won't be very effective or worthful for all.

Everyone has right to say whatever he want. Someone says bitcoin will reach 100k$, someone says it become worthless. I think we should not believe them and act as per situation. And as per current situation bitcoin is strong to rise up-to 10k$ atleast.

I'm more concern about the "top 20 coins will remain stable" statement. Which are those 20 coins that will be on the top 20 list?

Bitcoin is this much popular and increase steadily with time because of its anonymity and decentralization. Other coins are either based on the same concept revolving around bitcoin or they are with no bright future for long term. Soon bitcoin will be 10k$ which is almost more than 10x of bitcoin this single year. Till all of the bitcoins gets mined we will be seeing this steady growth.

Don't you thing 100K is too much for next 5 to 10 years to increase. Be practical and we all hope and wish to reach bitcoin 100k as soon as possible I am confident end of December 17 or mid of January 18 10k target will be achieved.

Well, considering next 10 years, anything is possible as I am assuming the rate of growth of digital literacy will remain constant or move upwards. There are a tremendous number of people around the world who are completely unaware about this technology but I see a good potential which is going to bring this force into the Bitcoin (Just take the example of OLA/UBER or leading e-commerce companies). If the Internet-based services can bring such a massive change then blockchain/Bitcoin is an innovation itself and it will put a greater impact on the society.

Max Keiser is right about Bitcoin Cash, it's just a clone that cost so much because is controlled and pumped.
He said that crypto world things move faster 100x times - he couldn't say this better, I agree that only Top 20+ coins will stay stable and rise along with Bitcoin where other coins will come and go or suffer unstable price.
Can the value of Bitcoin increase from 8.000$ to 100.000? One day it can. He gave a good example of Apple market cap from early 90's and today.
Bitcoin have limited supply, and only this year increased in value from 1000$ to 8000$. I think everything is possible.

I don't find any solid research or base behind this report. First of all, on what bases max keiser is claiming that all other coin except top 20 will vanish. Such article are not trustworthy and are there just to create a fake hype to boost market.
Even I don't think BTC at $100K is not an easy journey. Its legality status is not clear all around the world, which is the biggest obstacle on its way. No central authority will like to loose control from their hand.
Apart from this hindrance, it got potential to grow and touch the moon.

This is bullshit. He either does not know what deflation is or is trying to mislead the public: I can buy ten times more Lamborghinis this year than I could last year with the same amount of bitcoin. The US dollar is an inflating asset. There are trillions more of them every year. The amount I need to buy a Lamborghini keeps going up, not down.
He refers to the fact that the US dollar supply increases (which it does) while not mentioning that the Bitcoin supply is actually increasing as well. Sure, dollars' inflation rate can be changed and the expected supply can be changed, but it's not like the supply of Bitcoin has decreased by a multiple of ten since last year. This is classic bubble euphoria. It's hilarious how he chose to mention lamborghinis as the example product to buy. Honestly, Xavofat the argument you so struggled to advance is lost in thin air because almost everyone knows that total btc supply is fixed at 21million. Believe me, any slight increase to that will ultimately see the end of bitcoin. OP, always have it at the back of your mind that all predictions on the bitcoin have all failed. The highest projection for btc in 2017 was around $2,000 - $2,500. But we all know the last time btc tested that level during its plunge. All predictions towards the btc have failed woefully. No one expected it would get to $6000, let alone $8,000 its ATH. That is the important point. Because of the limits, bitcoin is here to stay, if used wisely. |

Even though there is no guarantee, that BTC will be worth $100k, this is not an absurd number. Once BTC hits 20 or 30k it's only 4x the price and if BTC is here to say, there are many many more years to get to this value.
By mentioning, that only the top 20 cryptos are going to stay, he is just referring to the current altcoin bubble. There are more than 1000 different coins, many of them are legit, many of them do not any value at all. After the current hype, one can be pretty sure, that not all altcoins are going to survive, but only for example 20% of the current coins. You could also refer to the dotcom bubble back in the days, if you want to.
Of course, Max Keiser has been a Bitcoin enthusiast for many years and he even launched his own coin back in 2014, for those, who remember.
