The price is always function of the supply and the demand. Bitcoin ha s limited supply and high demand from potential investors. The price is always growing when more people want to buy that the ones that are ready to sell.

Yup, that is true for all cryptocurrencies. I think it is better question, why is Bitcoin more preferable asset than other cryptocurrencies?
My answer to that is history of Bitcoin, and popularity of Bitcoin. Also, Bitcoin is most secure asset in cryptocurrency market. Also I think that Bitcoin will be always here, and most of alternate cryptocurrencies will extinct in long term.

yes, bitcoin is the highest coin, bitcoin is also a benchmark for other coins, if bitcoin rises then other coins too, and vice versa. although not all coins are bitcoin. I think you need to monitor the market so that you know the condition of bitcoin

I think that this question should be asked at the level of 10k for bitcoin to make it sound convincing.
