Author Topic: Armory won't finish scanning new wallet  (Read 584 times)

I've been running .96.1 without problems until I added a new Watching Only wallet yesterday.  Now Armory won't finish
Scanning this wallet.  When I remove the wallet it works normally.  Any suggestions?

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

The developers will need to see your log files to help you.  Might as well post them before they ask for it Smiley

Use pastebin.com and post the link here.  It may leak you username and home folder name, but nothing more serious than that.

Thanks gangtraet--pastebin is new to me.  They wouldn't let me post the whole armory log so I posted where armory starts up and gets stuck on scanning.  Here's the link.  Many thanks for your help.

Hopefully some dev will show up and help you - I looked at your log, my untrained eye found no obvious hints. :-(

This is super short and not what I need. Don't doctor the logs, just post as much as you can starting from the bottom. At any rate, you need to update.

Please update and try again. If it fails, delete your db folder and try again (C:\Users\Josh\AppData\Roaming\Armory\databases)

Thanks goatpig.  I upgraded to 0.96.3 and deleted database and it worked.
Thanks for great wallet software.   Armory's the best.
