Kraken account locked, support isn't helping.

I tried to withdrawn some of my ether due to emergency needs. When Kraken sent me the verification email i missclicked on the "lock account" link due to touch screen failure. I mailed them immediately to unlock it providing all details possible. Since then i have no access to my money and now i need them the most.

if the account is really yours then only through support you can unlock it in no other way

They do not reply at all. Do not know why they have this behaviour to their clients
