Hi

Im new to crypto, mined some ethereum and would like to convert it into cash in my bank account. Bearing in mind that i am in the UK,  where would be the best exchange to do his?  Most of the ones ive looked at are in the US so verification is a problem.

Thanks in advance
best regards
Marin

As far as i know, unless you find someone in person/ P2P to do the deal with, https://localbitcoins.com/country/GB

you will need to verify your ID, using your passport.

I have heard that for http://litebit.eu you only need iDeal, but i am not too sure how legit the site is.

Watch cex.io . This is crypto exchange that is quite good in my opinion. I used it for a short period of time and everything was OK. This exchnge is in your jurisdiction, so I hope everything will be OK)

I am assuming that you don't have any issues with the email verification. You can use blockchain.info wallets for converting your ETH to BTC and then Localbitcoins to convert your Bitcoins into GBP.

There are 100+ buyers available on Localbitcoins that will pay you in your Bank account and I am sure that most of them won't need KYC verification.

* Sell bitcoins online in United Kingdom with National bank transfer.

I am also assuming that you are asking from KYC verification point of view and hence this route will help you to convert your ETH in GBP without such verification.

Thanks for all the great advice.  I dont have a problem with verification just the one i tried that was in the USA.  A UK exchange would be preferable just cant seem to find one that doesn't look dodgy.
