I hope that skillers like "life coaches" arn't accepted?

Why would you discriminate against life coaches? If someone finds their skill useful, then it's his money on the line. I don't think that the creators want to be exclusive, at least not in the beginning - so that they can attract many kinds of Skillers.

Because usually those idiots don't do a thing, and charge a ton.
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Because such scam skill can leave a bad taste in customer's mouths, and they could forever forgo the app based on this bad experience.

Very true. But if scam and people not happy then they can dispute.

If someone is foolish enough to think of paying a lot of money for a life coach then it's his choice. Maybe he wants to burn money.

Has anyone seen the ad on facebook, where this new york chick doesn't know how to cook pasta?

It's not bad at all, but one this is troubling tho; do skillers have to set some availability time?

Because in the ad, the woman just called the cook and she was available, which seems weird

I guess it was just for the add purposes.im sure there will be option to block users as Skiller, while you are unavailable.

I think it the only way to work because lot of people do this part-time.

yeah, does seem weird but they probably have some availability period during which you can call or maybe IM the Skiller to ask which time would be ok.

Good afternoon. This project is interesting to me, I come across a similar for the first time. Often problems with inaccurate information have to be checked on many sites. How will people who have skill develop? I will follow the development of the project.

How long does it take for a skiller to be added to the platform, from the moment he signed up?
Is it immediate or does he need some verification?
it might take some time because few community members are reviewing each profile and decide whether to approve him to the platform.

Community members as in admin, or as in users of the application?

Users of the application

So am i to understand it correctly, that several, or some number of random users will be chosen to evaluate a skiller?

So if someone likes those life coaches, they will be approved Grin

It would make sense to make it as open as possible to attract more Skillers and then more customers.

I would agree with you on that assumption - maybe dev can write more details about that. From the videos we could conclude all kinds of stuff. The price is also sometimes a concern due to different life standards so I think maybe the US market will remain the target audience.

They have a purpose similar to fitness coaches...they are pushing you to do things that you are too lazy to do yourself Smiley

I don't think such situations would happen very often.

Maybe they could consider some world wide average?

Seems something like that would be practical.

So there are actually 3 types of Skiller : Professional, Influencer and Everyday. So I guess the price will also vary for the different title as Skiller.

Well, if everyone can set their own price, you'll basically have 2 groups:

a) a group that will try to low ball each other, and the price will go down

b) a group that will act Elite and pump their price up

I'm also most concerned about the price discrepancy. For example in US the prices will be on average higher than in other countries. How will the app account for this?
