Lost my phone with my electrum wallet (and didnt write down the 10 words) help!

Hey all,

my cellphone has been stolen this weekend.  On that phone there was electrum wallet.  I just installed it and deposit €1000 on it but didnt wrote down the 10 words.  Stupid me i know...  I took a screenshot but that is also lost together with the phone.  And it didnt made the cloud yet...

So is there any way i can fix this?  My phone is lost forever.  But i hope there is something that can help me out.

No there's no other way to recover it and i think even you had the 10 word prase you can't still recover it because electrum seed phrase is 12 words phrase. .
If you have even the private keys you can recover your bitcoin wallet.. but if both seed phrase and private keys lost its impossible for them to recover..

You need at least the screenshot, maybe you can try to recover it somehow?

If cloud was not activated sorry but I think there's no way to recover your money

Nope the cloud didnt do what it was suppose to do appearantly.  The seed of 12 words indeed i didnt wrote that down.  And public keys no idea... So i'm screwed i guess.

Who i in charge of this electrum wallet?  There must some kind of helpdesk no?

No helpdesk can help you. The reason your money are safe is that you and only you have access to your seed and private keys.

If your wallet was encrypted, you can try to sent the thief a message.
If it wasn't and he is in control of your money you can even use the blockchain to send him a message, but i doubt it would help.
