I recently read an article of one guy on reddit that is mentioned by NEO itself, and he says that NEO is full of problems that could be hardly solved. They are centralized, they are not active on GitHub, they have fishy projects on their blockchain.

I'm not investing, cause it really looks weird.

Because that was a fake news and not a real news from the china's government. at least that was giving a bull trap for every one. Those taking a lot of profit from the neo pump and another person were losing a lot on it. How the people in these days are believing about the fake news from the unreliable site.

I think NEO has a good chance in the future, but I do not see if it will make it into the top position (best coin value). I think NEO can throw in a little more.

NEO just teased some upcoming news the other day & hype went into overdrive about what it could be, to the point that when the news finally hit (announcement of a dev competition co-organized between NEO & Microsoft) people were pissed & felt lied to because they bought into the hype. This mornings 'crash' was just those who bought into the hype overreacting & selling off. The price already seems to be recovering a little & the long term prospects for NEO are still extremely bullish.

Honestly do not think NEO's price will be mooning anytime soon unless we get some good news from regulators.

This "crash" was caused by overhyped news. Same thing happened a while back with a similar announcement which led to nothing significant.

Well, there were rumours about neo and microsoft attachment.. i m not sure if they r true or false but there were these news and i think they caused it to jump high and then the bubble bursted and neo crashed.

I always tell people that the difference between those making profit and loss in this space is application of knowledge, crypto is one of the best asset that feed most on rumour and you can be making a kill on trading it

whenever an altcoin price rises too fast and it reaches a much higher price compared to its previous (starting) price that means you should be expecting a dump pretty soon after the pump has ended. the higher it goes the harder it will fall because it will be a lot more tokens in hands of panic sellers who will dump on a thin market that will crash the price.

that is exactly what starts to happen to NEO. it was pumped and now the pump is coming to an end and market starts correcting itself pretty soon with big dumps beginning.
although sometimes there is a small trace-back when price goes down a little from a dump before continuing to get pumped but this doesn't see like one for NEO.

The following facts about neo make you think seriously about the significance of the project. I am the holder of Neo and I am concerned about these facts. I honestly do not understand how the neo's capitalization is higher than the Waves, while on neo only 1 ICO is done.

NEO was centralised to begin with.
That's what gave hope to the fact that it might be used by Chinese govt. Because anything used by Chinese govt will have to be centralised.

This can bring price of NEO back to under $20 or anywhere between $20 to $25. I used to hold significant amount of NEO before but I have heard all of this concerns in past too. I have zero NEO right now and I am not willing to hold any of them in future too.

Sure NEO is wild speculation.
But considering rest of the projects in the mix , they are ok i guess.
If they find good manager to push some tech in proper direction, may be good value.
If not they are still very high volume, that alone can support the whole deal.

Why do you say "there is no signs of recovery"? This is crypto, did you forget? Things can change morning to afternoon.

Neo is a good promising coin and the one which will lead the altcoin rise. Nobody knows when altcoins will moon again, but it will be soon not later than summer 2018

Only thing that must be resolved is the Chinese attitude against ICOs, and when will money goes into altcoin instead of bitcoin. I expect this will happen one bitcoin reaches 10k us dollars

It does not surprise me so very much. Look at the other altcoins — during these last 2 days almost all cryptocurrencies started falling down. NEO is a good and stable coin, so it will get his place in the rating of all cryptocurrencies again.

Others have given the reasons, just a pump and then fallback.
It is not a crash though, it is just dropping back to where it was before the pump. These sorts of price movements are quite common. It does not have an impact on long time value of the coin.

Events do not always raise the price. For example, NEM had many conferences in October, ICO and other events, but the price of NEM remained unchanged. NEO is a speculative tool, the project is already 2 years old, but only 1 ICO has appeared on it. But despite this, I trade NEO and I get well)))

But if this kind of news comes out people will start to invest. See the power ledger coin in some country all power related projects are started based on this coin, so the price is in now skyrocket. This news i saw in some article. And for me compare to NEO i believe in NEM i am holding some coins, and i will increase that number in future.

Neo collapse of the price is only temporary, any coin can not continue to rise, the middle will certainly have a price correction. So if you think neo is good, you can choose long-term holdings, a good market is coming there should be a good price. Personally think it should be able to reach 80usd it.
