The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

The Economist. Paper edition, to rest my eyes from the screen. Perfect weekly summary of all that's going on in the world. But maybe it's not that much news source, but more a source of the good analysis (still to be taken with a great of salt). Actually, it was the first publication that properly explained blockchain to be ("The Trust Machine" back in 2015, I believe).

No sir, Economist are controlled.. and it engages in lots of disgraceful propaganda.

I get most of my news from friends and independent sources that I mostly align with politically, but I do try to branch out as well. Same goes for Twitter, which honestly is a pretty great way to find out news in an instant. But get ready for the flame wars. Wink

I do not trust any news source. because they are lying. they are wrong about what they are doing about some countries. If there is someone who is strong, the news channels hold their side. those who oppose it are always oppressed. we are only satisfied with knowing the simple news. accident news, earthquake news, natural disasters, major events ...

News business and if so,how RBK,Yandex may,but it is superficial news,so only what people need to know, and usually infa mostly negative, because negative information is better accepted by people and so I draw the old from all sorts of channels and social media, where are the experts

All mainstream news has propaganda. You really can't trust anything these days. I don't bother with it unless is analytical data. My own eyes are the most trustworthy news source IMO.

No news sites now are not controlled. Every news site is controlled because they need funding to sustain their news sites, so they need sponsorships. Better trust your local news.

My favorite news source right now is Twitter. It is a source for uncensored and unbiased news. Earlier, I used to depend on Google News. But their left-wing bias has increased beyond the tolerable limits, and so I was forced to look for the other sources. A few others that come to my mind right now are RT (Russia Today), Daily Mail and the Breitbart News Network.

Trust some local news and little-known experts. But they are much harder to find.
It's best to form your own opinion on all acute problems, investigating news from different sources. The more sources u explore, the deeper your understanding of the essence of the problem will be.

Anything that has a reduced ranking in Alphabet (Google, Youtube. etc.). The solutions to difficult problems can actually be quite  simple. Somebody else already did the work for me in this case!

http://blacklistednews.com

http://vimeo.com/ is a good site that is an alternative to Youtube.com. I was only on thre for a minute and I ran across some political videos about current events and the video creator said he had been banned by youtube. His commentary on current events was quite interesting.

It's hard to finda legitimate news agency that doesn't have their own agendas. The bigger the news ageny, the harder it is to believe that every news they're broadcasting is legitimate since the people behind these companies most of the have self interest in mind. This is actually dangerous as wrong and manipulative information affects society in general

It is pretty obvious that you cannot trust any of news resources because all of them are making non-objective news. All of the mass media are controlled by some evil authorities . Because of these horrible truth, I recommend you not to believe any news which you read or hear.

Read as many sources as possible and come to your own conclusion. Every news source and expert commenting on said news source has his or her own agenda.

Globalresearch is quite trusted, but as a matter of fact we live in an age that you cannot really trust any source of news - you have to analyse everything with your mind.

Usually all news forums have some propaganda in it, however there are many news forums which are comparatively un-biased. I am regular reader/listener of BBC, they provide comparatively neutral point of view
