The idea of digitally time stamping the document is great.  However, I tried to upload a document twice and time stamp it twice and your platform process it at both times.  I suggest you don't allow to have a document time stamp twice base on the filename?  Not sure how but I think having 1 document with two time stamp is not okay especially if you will use it legally.
