Even Chinese people cannot get those miners from alibaba because of the  government's ban

In the Philippines there are some Filipinos who have bought antminer from different online selling pages; such as amazon, ebay some from alibaba. There are many cheap miners roaming around since bitcoin was banned from China and even miners were also being targeted by the Chinese authority to stop their activities. But when you buy online just be careful since there are both legit and scammers roaming around the internet.
