What I mean is that, for example, a free offer or ad to sell your phone could be visible to your friends and postal code area only. If you want to reach more people you could pay some SAT so that people in a wider area will see your ad. You could scale the reach of your ad. This is just me speculating though.

Well, usually with this kind of bonus, there is a locking period so the prices are not dumped, I will enter an ICO that gives me a lot f bonus, and also to lock it, i don't mind waiting, but it appears that is not the case here, so lets hope the project is not dumped much, the price will rise eventually, but after how  much time?

It will be stated in whitepaper as business model.

They plan to create an ad platform. Advertisers can pay with SAT tokens for the ads.

I use it as well sometimes, but there are also millions that do not use any adblocking software. Moreover, some types of ads are allowed by adblock

There are always moderators, admins who take care of all that, no? I believe every online platform is taking care of their own content, otherwise nobody would use it.

4chan does have mods, all boards do and all social media will have them to enforce the rules.

Yes, many people will feel uncomfortable if there are some porn/disturbing pictures and videos.
But I think this is not a difficult thing to overcome, this is a common problem.

I am sure they do. It is a given that social media be more vigilant and proactive in removing offensive and false content. Decentralized nature of this platform does not mean that the developers have no ability to tweak the algorithm to make important changes. And since this is not a payment platform/coin like btc or eth, the question of centralized control doesn't come into factor.

4chan on the blockchain would be great. Then no censorship would be possible. I think they will add it in the future.
