Within EU you wouldn't pay VAT, outside price would be declared at a few 100$ so low tax. Shipping costs not much.

you need to have 1.2 V.
because at 1.7 V are not working all right.

wont work and no answer from friedcat since 8 day. i never buy to this guy. warranty is false
