threw some miners on it ...we'll see how it does overnight... at least it isn't making my cgminer see it as a dead pool (had that issue with a different pushpool)

Nope, but you can get cheap servers at ebay at times...dual cpu rigs run you 400.
You can also mine primes on one cpu to finance the power costs :p

Anyone mining on gpus still? I might get an R9 290 soonish, wonder if it'll be able to mine with its 4gb vram buffer.
