Hi, 1st of all I do not want to create panic but i have following issue: - Can't withdraw bitcoin on fully verified account. Google shows multiple users have such issue
- SEPA EUR withdrawal taking 14+ business days. Google shows multiple users
Anyone here tried withdrawal EUR sepa or BTC recently? Is it just me and few random guys on net having trouble or is it exchange-wide Thanks |

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I did not made a withdrawal recently, but I can tell you one thing: stay away from Bitstamp.
They closed my (full verified, 3 years account) without any reason.
Bitstamp has turned from good service (in the beginning) into a very bad one (these days).

Oh man not a good news. Hopefully i will be able to get my money out. What do you recommend for EUR SEPA exchange. Always thought Bitstamp was no1 in this space.

Bitcoin withdrawal unavailable. EUR SEPA in processing state for 2 weeks. Support not replying over a week. Account verified and seemingly no issues with it just can't withdraw in any way.

How long ago did you verify? Has the photo ID (passport or whatever) you used to verify expired recently? I heard some exchanges force you to verify again each time a photo ID expires. |

Hi still can't withdraw... Account fully verified.
Support ticket TICKET #167159 sent on 30.06.2017 UNTIL NOW (05.09.2017) STILL NO REPLY... just silence

still no reply from Bitstamp (now is 22.11.2017). They just ignore my tickets (absolutely no reply on 2 support tickets i created about this on their page).
Everything seems ok ... Account is verified. Nowhere is any warning or explanation of what is wrong with the account and/or why.
Just on Bitcoin withdrawal page message Bitcoin withdrawals not available for this account.
I am an EU citizen and never had any problem with Law or Banks or anything in life.

In 2016 they closed my 4 years account without any reason.
4 month waiting to withdrawal my money to my bank account...
Support ticket 3 month waiting...
Stay away of bitstamp
