The idea is ...suppose if you earn daily 6 USD , electrical cost 3 USD daily, ... keep the remaining 3 USD in DASH [ always .. and don't convert to other coin or to fiat ] |

HODL. Price keeps pace with difficulty - DASH value will adjust. You've got to diversify and mine more than one coin, sell enough of most profitable coin to cover operating costs and hoard everything else.

We are still one of the smaller pools but we are regulary findings blocks and pay out immediately after the standard 100 confirmations. |

Depend on the luck of the pool  the pool is small, so yesterday only found one block, and you get the same amount of the share as per PPLNS I guess |
