Yes, you can get your coin whenever you need, terms "locked" are used but actually only you can enable or disable your masternode.

Devs did mention Binance on Discord. Bittrex is very expensive to get on.

By the looking to their roadmap i think the best thing right now is to get to etherdelta , that's good way to start. Just need to have 10k volume/day.

If the price of GBX continues, this is going to change the market dynamics.  For a new coin that's already trading around $27, it's amazing.  Usually coins start small until they get a market following and their inception is accepted in various places.  I'm interested in knowing how GBX is rising so fast, since it was listed on coinmarketcap only 16 days ago.  This is amazing guys.
