Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Look this crap post of yours is baseless, OP is a nice person, black Friday is almost upon us, he just wants to help others. in my case the largest online store in my country is offering 50% off to buy a PS4 slim and 30% discount on Apple iphone 8. I'm planning to buy them both and then sell them later to earn a profit. if I had some acceptable collateral, I could've used that $500 to earn $100 profit on it in a week and then return $550 to him.
Being a low life beggar here, no body would lend me without collateral. now you could lol.
