if I understand correctly the question, I can say that while Asics can't be used for AI (thank God!) .

promising can be coprocessors such as Phi and other powerful cards for mathematical calculations (Tesla) . 

There is a special neural processor from Intel but know little about them.  I see in the future the race between corporation who will make best processor for AI. Apple (iphoneX) and Samsung have already made them for smartphones

Now they are exploring different directions for AI: IBM is working on giant neural networks to analyze corporate data and medical industries. Google is headed towards micro assistants for the person (on its search platform). Google makes sense organs, and ibm narrow thought processes). Sooner or later, this will lead to the creation of a "generalized" AI. Just as websites work through API, so AI will have their new API and my goal is to simplify it.

we have many friends there - businessmen, lawyers and tax advisors. so there will be no problems) A pleasant bonus is that Austria is neutral to Russia. investment in the company is not taxed. And with the system "Stripe Atlas", I can register a company in the US, if necessary. Therefore, investors get the opportunity to be anonymous (for austria)  or get a stake in a real company in usa (shares)

my personal opinion: I believe that once smart contracts and programs (miners and other) are launched from customers, it is their private business to indicate this in taxes or not. Similarly, SyncAi can exist as a virtual firm interacting only with those who are interested in it.
