I demand an answer as well. i have been silently watching Oldsport the last few weeks after first stumbling on the Viceroy thread. why is Oldsport allowed to scam without being banned.

AFAIK no scammer tags have been given out since the introduction of the trust system. This is designed to keep the scammer-tagging process decentralized and not depending solely on the judgement of the admin.

Was there some GIANT announcement thread about this that might have prevented even one of the poor noobs I tried to prevent falling into the scammer trap?  It's been 60 days since the first accusation I read.
