i have plan to start bitcoin lottery,so every week could be one winner.
or every month or so
im  just asking around do you guys think you might be interested ?
for example:  ticket price: 10$  and every week will be like 50$ winner,or more.
also if i see the bitcoin price goes  higher then i can give out some extra bonuses,and if make it enough i can also make some donations to bitcointalk forum.-and also from that funds what i have i could also use for investments (not ponzi schemes) i think one way will open up other way and  one option  will bring other option.
once there will be more players then the winning ammounts will increase much more.
i got idea becouse i was looking aroutm nd and did not see anything good ,yes tehere is few lotteries but something very transparent i didnt notice.
i think the keypoint is simplicity,i try to not  make it too complicated.

I think this is already done by a very famous bitcoin faucet -- freebitcoin -- already. It does not ask for you to pay to enter the draw AND it gives FREE satoshis regardless of whether you hit the jackpot or not. If you make the jackpot, they will give you something like 0.2 BTC...

So to be honest, I will not find anything that requires me to pay bitcoin to enter a draw attactive at all

okay,so if i keep 10% for me AND give the rest to the winner,will u guys be interested about my lottery project then-?
but if i want to make donations to bitcoin forum and community  then 10% would be too low i should keep at least  25%
and offcourse the lottery project wallet adress will be public so anyone can see how  much funds are in and how much anyone get.
to be honest more,im not good website maker,to create webpage with login access its too complicated for me,but simple websitei canmanage to make it as long  as it will function as lottery website. i guess have to start from somewhere.

Friend, its not going to work out. There are a lot of lottery sites out there. Please check out the lottery of faucethub. Its really wonderful. It has got one minute, weekly, monthly lotteries . If you start a lottery site ,you will find it difficult to drive traffic to your site. Also your site needs to be unique too. Then only you can attract traffic to your site. Otherwise it will be a failure.

You want to start a lottery website and give the winier 90%  of the total income and take for yourself 10%.

Try with 1% or 2.5% maximum if you really want to start this project and get people interested.
25% ? This is a fee even dealers would be ashamed of.
Review your goals, you're not going to get anyway with this plan, customers will avoid you from the start.

Ok so you are trying to sell tickets (not the usual lottery wherein people have to choose numbers) then raffled it all to choose random winner every week right? Here are some of my questions:

How can you prove that is a legit one?

How will you pick the winning ticket and the provably fair to it?

Since your site will be new, there will be less players = less competition and will have a high chance of winning. How will you give an assurance to the players that all raffle tickets belongs to different users and not just generated by you?

You know lotteries doesn't really a hype thing here in crypto world. Look at the famous freebitco.in as an example, the ticket price was BTC0.00000001 and the current pool is BTC.7 as first price and BTC0.001 as lowest and """as the devs there said""" their lottery is now provably fair***. Im not comparing your lottery idea to the freebitco.in lottery but honestly by looking at the average price of ticket, the $10 asking price of your ticket price is so expensive. The odds for winning here is really high, meaning low chances, so who would take a risk to bet $10 for every draw you will made?

good,question- i will keep just small fee formyself,even small fee will be good,i guess for me tis more important if this thing will run long term.
but  iwill be also interested to make bitcoin investments from funds,intobitcoin project.solidprojects,

It is a good project, but it has already been developed in the past and it had no success, if you are really going to create an innovative program, then go ahead, there is nothing stopping you from doing this.
But i would suggest you to try to create a modern project, because that is the first thing in that we all are looking nowadays, dont just create a lottery, try to make it like a game.
And yes, $50 is a little bit expensive, and at the moment a lot of people would feel that $50 is a lot of money, and maybe they can think that you are trying to scam them.
Maybe $5 - $10 would be a nice price for each one of them.

lets,say minimum ticket price 5$   every week one winner the winner can be choosen by other player who can pick up the next lucky number.
coz all players will have number. if his number is randomly choosed by other player then his the actual winner.

that's a good idea, but I do not agree with you, because out there are lots of lotteries that are in great demand by others. as well as fauchet whose kind is bitcoin roll.
and it's free does not have to pay a bit, but although free I'm not interested in it.

There are great count of such projects on market. Sorry, but you are late. Your idea isn't new and you should spend great marketing budget to get customers.

This is very similar to a Scam. It seems to me that those wishing to take part in it will not. You will be easier to write a post like to give me money. These posts also appear periodically. All the ICO is already very compromised for such ideas. Come up with something more original. Even better if you find another way of earning.
