All in Bits is a BUST!

With all the promise that the Tendermint software had to optimize blockchain transactions there was also an ugly downside in action that was threatening the very survival of the company. The leaders somewhere along the way decided that the best way to the top was to rip contractors off by perpetrating hiring schemes and sending out fraudulent checks. Yong Jae Kwon {CEO & Founder} and his complacent minions have all colluded to make unsuspecting individuals responsible for producing their software without pay.

It’s a shame that real winner, the software; had to take a back seat while their criminal activity took prescience. The tumble started months ago when the CEO & Founder Yong Jae Kwon and his “Crew” all decided to perpetrate a hiring scam. Pulling people in to work for them as if they were a legitimate firm and then rapidly failed to pay salaries on time and \ or sent out blatantly “Photo-shopped” checks. Additionally; they were illegally operating their businesses in several cities as well as promoting questionable fundraising tactics online {just to begin with}. Why would a company that supposedly raised 17mil in an online fundraiser because “of their great software idea” send out fake checks and break all these laws? Your guess is as good as mine; but there always comes a time when the piper needs to be paid! For All in Bits that time is now.

Their illicit activities have spawned multiple Federal and State level investigations into their “Dirty” business dealings; and the mouthy leader Yong Jae Kwon may find himself very soon quietly sitting in Jail cell. Their fall from grace seems to be coming swiftly with many municipalities currently reviewing their conduct; I wonder if once all that is said is done will they be able to pick up all the bits and pieces ….

This is a cautionary tale of what happens to great ideas once the leaders in charge get greedy and view themselves above reproach and above the law. When their egos are more important than the ethical treatment of others and when their bravado becomes more important than the product. Much like the ancient Greek and Roman empires that plummeted once the leaders became drunk with power; falling into disgrace; existing only as a shell of former selves, so is the projected path for All in Bits…

Be careful in your dealings with this “Gang” like an out of control washing machine, they have fast mouths that tumble words around too quickly to keep track of. There is no place of ethics within them; protect yourselves and be Armed with info OR perhaps Run for The Hills! But under no circumstances should they be taken at face value and trusted.
