Had problems with EtherDelta - Be careful!

Lost $200 due to this, part of it was my carelessness.
I clicked "new account" on EtherDelta and it said a new account created bla bla, I sent $225 worth of
ETH to it and 10 hours later I check and the account wasn't created.

When you create new account on etherdelta you always get new ETH address with private keys - make sure you copy and paste them somewhere. Your new account was created but probably your cookies were deleted and you lost access to that address and without private key you can't do anything about it.

When you create new account on etherdelta you always get new ETH address with private keys - make sure you copy and paste them somewhere. Your new account was created but probably your cookies were deleted and you lost access to that address and without private key you can't do anything about it.

I think so too, if we forget the private key then we will also lose access to our account. Ertherdelta is correct, when people create new account, etherdelta provide address and private key and this data should we save.

Creating account on EherDelta is free of charge so on the first place you should notice something was wrong....
Maybe you've log in into some pishing site of EtherDelta and been scammed, better check the url of the site before logging in
or if you are in the right site try to contact the help and support of EtherDelta
and be careful next time...

I think the problem is on you, because you forget to save the private keys, when create a new account there.
As far as i using Etherdelta no have problems a got, also you must keep careful with etherdelta fake.
