Tried to order two, blockchain wallet went all screwy and wouldn't complete before the 15 mins was up. Started again only one in stock which I managed to get. I would imagine my original order of two will get added back to the inventory when they see it didn't go through.

Dude this is a shitshow I understand the rise in prices across the industry threw the entire system out of whack but even when you there's FINALLY an option other than Jihan's ChinaCartel I still can't even "PREORDER?"

Does it mean nothing to Canaan that some of us are returning longtime customers who've spent 10's of thousands with them?

I'm not asking for a discount but it's not beyond reason in my opinion to be just a little less disorganized no?

Sure they would delay you 8-12months past quoted delivery but at least they let you give them your money and acknowledged your existence.
