Bitmain are lying and you cant trust them

I ordered 15 x antminers and 15 x apw3's in august 2017 and they arrived end of october with no power supplies
I have messaged Bitmain 10 times and been told they will send them for me and this is like ping pong
it been nearly 4 weeks and still no power supplies and whats going on anyone else had this bad service from them

I think it's difficult because there is no "proof" from both sides. I guess you'll have to wait for an employee having a Good day.

They messed somethign up with the most recent batch of power supplies.   I got a $50 coupon for the ones I purchased that aren't coming with the extra headers to run two L3+'s and have yet to receive the replacement PS's that were due with my last two miners.

Bought one off of Amazon at a $100 premium just to get my latest S9 in operation...

I messaged them a few weeks ago and about 2 weeks ago as well, via e-mail and via support ticket, asking why my order hasn't yet shipped after 3 months of waiting.  They usually respond the next day, but lately -- nothing.  I am scared they're trying to disappear with everyone's money!!!

Same here purchased dash miners that are worthless anyhow but they have been here a few weeks with no power supplies either.

I don't know how was in your case but most of the listings for mining equipment that the price is specified without the power supply and must be purchased separately. So that in the future you have not had such problems you need to carefully examine the package of the equipment.

There are customers are having the same issue as you have.. they are always busy since they are lots of customers who wanted to buy miners and there are a lots of customers compaining about their issue so i think that is why they are still not responding because your issue is in queue
Better to wait for more weeks and maybe they can responds about your issue..
I think they don't wanted their customer will not satisfied with their product.

Same here, Neither my D3's or S9's have shipped yet

always be careful with the Chinese, they do everything to benefit

unfortunately many people are having losses because of the poor service provided by them

that i aware of. i ever buy s9 and used 1 month and got error no where. when i ask no reply until now. may 2017 until now not respond~so i change to R-Box since easy used and found trouble shoot less than ant~

R-Box problem only dust. when you clean dust will be ok. ah external usb too. used prefer miner recomended usb multi port.

This issue is been around this forum especially here in service discussion and in mining, so i think Bitmain is not really safe eventually and is not trusted by this time, if i will give them Rating by Stars i will give them Only 1 since there service is not well. So OP, don't ever get fool by bitmain again.

I have no choice but to buy from bitmain and pay like $1450 for an antminer as box shifting money grabbing
so called wanking dealers want $4000 plus on ebay and still expect you to wait 6 weeks while it arrives from china
go and figure that one out i cant get my head round it

I did also hear some bad things of Bitmain so I wouldn't trust them if I were you. It's to much of a risk.

I am not so familiar about buying a hardware online or to be specific from Bitmain. However if you are a customer they should have to issue you are receipt for your purchase. Or you should have at least a transaction history from blockchain or to wherever you've made the transactions block. Even if Bitmain is a big company from china. I still can't trust them IMO
