First 16 hours of mining = Problems communicating with bitcoin RPC

Hi, I have been mining for 16 hours now..
First I had set up solo-mining and already encountered this error several times..

Then I decided to join a pool and see if I would get the same and yes I did get the same error many times now.

What could it be?

I get the same behavior.  I am not sure it is really a problem though except where it shutdown.

Actually the shutdown is not the problem since i forced it to stop. it's just the Problem communicating with bitcoin RPC..

This is not normal behaviour right?

It is for me.  It depends on what the pool's servers are doing as well.  I am assuming you are pool mining.

Try opening the mining port on your firewall
