As stated I tried to transfer my btc to another site only to see it sit there for the last 5 days confirming away without any ability to access it.  My txid is e7b107632e492a521c6854979ea8e54dda90cc9c99383e81df139d5352c72194  and its the .125 btc transaction.  Is there any way to reverse this or get my btc back?  and the site I moved it to is not responding

no you can not "reverse" a bitcoin transaction. if it is confirmed (which in case of your transaction it is a while ago) it becomes final and you can not do anything about it anymore.

your only option is to contacting this "site" you are talking about and ask them for a refund. provide them with your tx id and other information required, they may help you out.

There is a FOMO brewing...

What web site is this?  Perhaps someone can give some insight about its reliably.  Once confirmed, there isn’t anything you can do except speak with their support.

Do you have any backup private key or seed phrase if you had them you can recover your wallet in other wallet but if not. maybe there is other way but better to give us the wallet site you mean.. so that we know if what solution we can give...
If your wallet is from blockchain or electrum you can recover it but if you are using web wallet without any backup private key most common backup you can recover your btc back..
