Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

such communities are extremely difficult to create and maintain in the absence of support from the motivation of a community manager ... I believe that such activities should be generously rewarded by the team ... the manager’s work is extremely difficult and requires deep immersion and when projects are offered to do this on a voluntary altruistic basis, I don’t understand what they are counting on, in this world everything is worth its money ... you asked for millions of dollars, but you want ads to be made for you for free ... it’s just ridiculous And team got 20% of token also! Lock up period yes but expire portion each quarter and they soon have them all! And there is no community except die hards on telegram talking about it be better than bitcoin and it is not even in top 300 of altcoins now haha I see garzik already launch another shit coin so this already been forgotten and moved on from |

Hi, Portability is part of Metronome's endurance. Since it rides ontop of other chains and is portable, this means that an owner can move their MET to a different chain to secure it, should they feel the one it is currently on does not fit their current needs -- security, governance, or otherwise.
