i want to exchange Perfectmoney for bitcoin on changer.com.
There are many exchangers here in Pakistan but commissions are high.
I found exchanger.com cheap.
So is it safe if I exchange $500 PM to bitcoin there??

Perfectmoney allows you to exchange their balance for bitcoin automaticaly, it depends on which country are you allocated right now, but the fees are usually less than two percent for all kind of operations in their site.

I have been using perfect money for a long time, and i stopped using this once that i realized that it was just a scammy payment processor, it has only been created in order to scam people, becuase they dont have a Dispute system like all the other payment gateways have.

Why do you think that all the ponzies (including hyips and revshares) are accepting perfect money? because their investors doesnt have a way to claim their funds back if they decide to scam everybody in there.
