 :)I have a 2 GB RAM server. I do run a production website off of it. Is it possible to run mining software from this VPS in the background and also have it not conflict with the needs of the website?  Smiley Smiley

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Yes its possible, but that maybe can cause your server work slow than ussual. and if you only have that one vps, maybe you cant make profit at all.
