Well the best coin to mine, all depends on what equipment you have and your software.
But to me the best coin to mine should be bitcoin or ethereuem because their both has the highest market cap for now and there is every possibility of not folding up due to none patronage in term of buying and selling the coins.
Like bitcoin is the most preferred because it has a high demand and it price in the exchange market is above 8000$ now so if you mine bitcoin you know how much you will be gaining as at now.

Well, since your in the Bitcoin section of the forum, I'm going to say Bitcoin.  But Bitcoin difficulty is way too high to mine GPU's.  So you need to buy Bitcoin mining hardware or post in the alt coin section for GPU mine-able coins.
