Hello, i like the game, much harder when level 11 is reached to find crystals,i cant do offers due my location and missions not give crystals always, could be better but i guess its ment to deposit. Log out of your account and then on the log in screen click "forgotten Password", it will take you to a form where you can request password reset and you will be able to set a new one. |

Regards Thank you so much again... uhmm what happened with my deposit? i deposit exact amount 0.00376435 btc ( i did not include transaction fee here) however i didnt received the hashpower. i also sent a ticket at support/bug section.  You will get the HPower credited once your transaction is confirmed and processed to our payment gateway, should not take long. Regards |

I think the deposit feature sometimes doesn't work properly. Please take a look at it jamboom. |
