Bitnet Token is not in any way related to Bancor Network Token. The idea behind BNET is unique, so is everything else, and has nothing to do with other tokens.
Each ERC20 smart contract has a unique address, so anyone can easily see the difference.

Yes there is a minimum of course, I personally see it as an easy goal to be accomplished. If ICO goes well Bitnet Token's influence will be faster and stronger. If not things will go a bit slower, but we will keep working on BNT in either of those two scenarios.

I don't know where did you get that information, but you are correct. On the PRE-ICO opening day price will be ~0.26usd and it will go up during the ICO.
As most of us know it's hard to predict the price when BNET hits the exchanges, same with any other decentralized coin or token, but it's not going to be 0.26 that's certain.
