You just need to read more articles on how to earn bitcoin and other crypto you must need to understand first what is the purpose of it, then since you were here in this forum just explore and you will learn a lot here then you need to rank up the minimum rank required before joining in signature campaign is at least jr.member but don't expect high rewards but the good thing is you can earn while gaining knowledge.

I remembered I joined bitcointalk October 2017 , I was a newbie like you but I couldn't post anything. I was greeted with a message that my IP address had been used to commit an atrocity in the past so I would have to pay a small satoshi to remove the embargo; this infuriated me and I left the platform. But when my eyes got opened to a whole lot of opportunities here, I came back with full force. So my advice - read through the rules and regulation, then observe the ways things are done here.
