With the suspension of fastcash4bitcoins, i'm now clueless as to how to get funds directly to Paypal. The services left are all young and untrust worthy.
Any known service that provides this?
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Probably best to find a trusted buyer to send you personal payments via PP - until this whole thing clears up, if it does.

If you have reputation, perhaps #bitcoin-otc?

Otherwise, sell local for cash?

As in, there are no services. Dealing with persons directly gives me chills.

If there's someone interested in 3-4 BTC highly respectable, contact me please.
